While Snap1099, LLC utilizes AI image recognition to assist in archiving models, serial numbers, and receipts, the user retains sole responsibility for ensuring all logged information is accurate, legible, and complete. Final approval, valuation, and payout of any property or casualty claim rest entirely with your third-party insurance carrier. Snap1099, LLC assumes no liability for claims denied by insurance providers.
The tax tools and receipt counters provided within Snap1099, LLC are intended strictly for organizational and logistical tracking. They do not constitute official tax advice. Users must consult a qualified tax professional or CPA to verify eligible business deductions and ensure full compliance with regional tax authorities.
All affiliate payouts are legally classified as referral fees or advertising expenses. Snap1099, LLC will track these expenditures inside its accounting framework. For affiliates earning under $600/year, payments are issued directly via Stripe. For affiliates exceeding $600/year, the system will programmatically require a Form W-9 and automate the end-of-year filing of Form 1099-NEC to ensure compliance.
