Snap1099, LLC
We collect account details (email, business name, EIN, account number), receipts and photos you upload, mileage logs, shipment records, and asset metadata you enter into the vault. We also collect basic technical data (device type, session tokens) required to keep you securely signed in.
Your data is used exclusively to power the features you activate — receipt scanning, PDF reporting, QuickBooks sync, fleet logs, and audit-proof cloud storage. We do not sell, rent, or share your business records with advertisers.
Records are stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure with row-level security so that only you and any team members you explicitly invite can access your vault. Passwords are never stored in plaintext.
When you connect QuickBooks, Stripe, or similar services, we exchange only the tokens and line items required to complete the integration you authorized. You can disconnect at any time from your settings page.
You can request export or full deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the in-app support assistant. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
